Central City H2O distributes drinking water, beverages and vending products to businesses, home, and construction sites. A wide range of products are available for pick-up and delivery from Carrington, ND.

Our Story

Partners Eric Hewitt and Kevin Wolsky have always wanted the idea of having a one-stop-shop for all water and vending needs to become a reality.

It all started when Eric and Kevin decided to partner up and purchase the Central Distributing Company from a local family in 2012. In 2016, Eric and Kevin built a new facility, Central City H20, for wholesale distribution of all types of water and vending products.

At the beginning of their journey, water products were all that was available. It wasn’t until 2016 when the idea of selling vending products came into view to expand the business. In late 2017, Eric Hewitt, a true champion of the community, was diagnosed with ALS. Eric has since passed away from ALS and is missed by his clients and partner. Everyday Central City H2O will continue to strive to Eric's high standards of service! 

As of 2021, Central City H2O provides water and vending distribution to central North Dakota in 14 different counties.

Meet our team.

Kevin Wolsky

Kevin is the Owner of Central City H20 and Vending. Kevin is a driven and hardworking businessman with plenty of experience in selling and agriculture. Kevin also owns and operates  K & J Family Farm Inc.,  Kevin is a partner in a catering and food truck Gettin' Sauced BBQ based out of Jamestown ND. Kevin's primary duties include problem-solving and overall management. Outside of work, Kevin is a father of eight with his wife Jennifer, and they are also foster parents. He and his family enjoy traveling, spending time at the lake cabin, and watching movies together. Kevin's future goal is to continue his businesses with his children and keep them in the family for generations to come.

Sue Wolsky

Sue Wolsky is our hardworking Office Manager who can keep everything together. Sue specializes in payroll, billing, taxes, and maintaining a clean workplace. A firm believer that an organized workplace is key to success; Sue is an expert in excellent communication and having the ability to ‘make things happen.’ Sue enjoys to spend her free time traveling but also spends time golfing, skiing, and bowling. Sue’s goal for the future is to retire where it is warm.

Allan Footh

Allan is our route manager he, manages all the water routes and delivery.  Allan is married to his wife Courtnay and they have one son, they live in Bordulac.  He loves his garden and growing everything in it so he can live  and eat healthy.

Justin Primm


Justin is the newest member of the team he is the vending manager and does all things to do with the vending side of the business at Central City.  Justin lives in Carrington and enjoys camping and photography when not taking care of vending machines.
